If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and without signs of wear.

• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at mingzhihardware@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
